Inter Milan has finalized the acquisition of Croatian midfielder Petar Sucic from Dinamo Zagreb.
The Nerazzurri have officially confirmed the arrival of the 22-year-old. He will join the Nerazzurri squad for the FIFA Club World Cup this summer.
Inter has chosen to add Petar Sucic to their midfield lineup. Reports say he has signed a 5-year deal with Inter.
The Croatian player operates in the holding midfield role.
As a result, the Nerazzurri are bringing in Sucic as a possible long-term successor to Hakan Calhanoglu in the midfield.
Even though he is only 22, Sucic has shown he can handle the challenging tactical demands of the position.
Inter has not disclosed the transfer fee paid to Dinamo for Sucic. However, reports suggest they initially paid €14 million, with an additional €2.5 million in potential bonuses.
