Paul Pogba, the famous French soccer player, has been in the news lately because he just signed with AS Monaco after being suspended for 18 months due to a doping issue.
Pogba’s career hit a big bump when he was temporarily suspended on September 11, 2023, after failing a drug test that showed he had non-endogenous testosterone after a game against Udinese on August 20, 2023.

During this tough time, Pogba shared how hard it was for him, saying in October 2024 to ESPN that he thought about quitting, showing how serious things were: “Yeah, I had many thoughts in my head, I had so many thoughts to even stop playing.” His contract with Juventus, which was supposed to last until June 2026, was ended by mutual agreement on November 15, 2024, so he could talk to other teams.
