AC Milan is thinking about signing Arsenal’s Oleksandr Zinchenko to take over for Theo Hernandez. Theo might leave this summer because he didn’t agree to Milan’s new contract offer since it had less money.
Milan almost made a deal with Al-Hilal to sell Theo for 35 million euros, but it looks like that might not happen because Theo said no. Now, Atletico Madrid wants Theo and offered 15 million euros, but Milan wants more money.
Because Theo is probably leaving, Milan started looking for a new left-back. Zinchenko’s name came up recently. He played well for Manchester City before moving to Arsenal in 2022. He played in 91 games for Arsenal, but last season he got hurt a lot and only started 5 out of 15 Premier League games.
Arsenal might sell him this summer since his contract ends next year. Zinchenko might want to move too so he can play more and get his career back on track.
Milan’s new coach, Max Allegri, could really use Zinchenko because he can play in different positions like left-back, wing-back, and midfielder.
Milan wants to get back to being one of the best teams, and Zinchenko’s experience could really help them. They are also thinking about Juventus’s left-back Andrea Cambiaso, who Man City and Atletico Madrid want too.
