UEFA Conference League

The fifth season of the UEFA Conference League is set to take place in 2025/26. Following a great first season, this new format is back for its second year starting on 10 July and will continue until the final match in Leipzig on 27 May 2026.

First qualifying round: 10 & 17 July 2025
Second qualifying round: 24 & 31 July 2025
Third qualifying round: 7 & 14 August 2025
Play-offs: 21 & 28 August 2025

The 2025/26 UEFA Conference League first qualifying rounds and play-offs use a knockout format, where every team competes against each other two times, once at home and once away. The team that gets the most total goals from both games moves on to the next round or stage (if it applies). If both teams score the same amount of goals in the two games.
